About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team and support a SEN learner with complex needs. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and enabling learning environment, supporting the delivery of a fun and engaging education, and working closely with the teacher to achieve the learner's learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a SEN learner on a 1:1 basis, providing individualized attention and care.
  • Work with the teacher to develop and implement personalized learning plans, ensuring the learner's needs are met.
  • Assist with the delivery of a creative, relevant, and practical curriculum, tailored to the learner's individual needs.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Relevant teaching Assistant and SEN experience (Must be able to provide references)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
