About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Classroom Support Assistant to join our team at a vibrant and welcoming school that supports children and young people with Complex needs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting learners with severe and complex learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support learners on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis
  • Work collaboratively with the teacher to support the learning objectives
  • Support learners with severe and complex needs
Requirements
  • Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Relevant teaching Assistant and SEN experience (desirable)
  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
