Job Title: Night Shift Manager
This is a leadership role that involves the planning, management, and coordination of the night shift at DP World's Hinckley operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of service are available at all times and will have a strong focus on leadership and development of teams.
About the Role:
- Supervising company operations and employee productivity to ensure the highest level of service is available at all times.
- Identifying and implementing corrective actions for issues affecting departmental KPIs and process improvements to enhance operational performance.
- Monitoring internal and external handovers between departments to ensure clean and complete transfer of product.
Your Key Skills:
- Proven experience in leadership and development of teams (skills/training etc).
- Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and MS-Office.
- Team player with strong communication skills, able to work independently and be goal-oriented, proactive, with a high level of commitment.
Compensation:
An attractive salary of £49,000 - £59,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, is offered by DP World.
