Technical Lead for Salesforce Infrastructure

TECHOHANA is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to take on a Technical Lead role for our on-site Salesforce infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, best-practice solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality and best practices.
  • Integrate third-party apps with Salesforce and ensure seamless integration.
  • Design and implement web development solutions that meet business needs.
  • Maintain and improve existing Salesforce infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Experience working in the U.K. market or a U.K.-based company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer 1 certificate.
