CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Mobile Fabric Technician to join their team. This exciting opportunity will see you working on a UK-wide contract, covering various sites from Edinburgh to Perth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure facilities are in good working order
* Perform reactive repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
* Inspect and repair floor tiles, ceramic, and vinyl
* Clear drainage and gully systems
* Utilize plumbing skills to repair taps, unblock toilets, and sinks
* Apply joinery skills to inspect and repair doors, replace digital locks
* Paint and redecorate facilities as required
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, including maintenance reports and health and safety records

**Person Specification:**

* Previous commercial maintenance experience in joinery, painting, decorating, tiling, and plumbing
* Valid driving license
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Proficiency in IT

**Benefits:**

* Competitive salary up to £31,500 DOE
* Monday to Friday door-to-door travel paid
* On-call 1 in 3 with a £150 on-call payment
* 25 days plus bank holidays
