Job Title: Sales Client Service Co-Ordinator

At Dextra Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Client Service Co-Ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our After Sales Services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the necessary spare parts and support after purchasing our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle shipments from our Newport Depot to customers (packing & shipping)
  • Monthly check / reconciliation of the inventories / stock adjustment if required in AX
  • Generate reports on spare parts usage, inventory levels, and customer feedback
  • Analyze data and make recommendations for improving parts management or stock policy adjustments
  • Issue invoice and packing list for goods supplied from internal stock or local suppliers
  • Ensure shipping documents are sent by mail to customers upfront delivery
  • Place PO to maintain internal and external stocks as per define stock policy
  • Handle reconciliation when required
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery or quality
  • Provide technical support & guidance regarding spare parts and their usage / Lifetime
  • Handle returns and exchanges of defective or incorrect performance
  • Work closely with the after-sales service team to ensure they have the necessary parts to complete repairs
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as Group Sales Coordination and Supply Chain as well as finance, to support overall business operations
Requirements:
  • At least a Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field / Diploma in Logistics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ERP software – Microsoft AX – Windows Pack Office
  • Good leadership & people management skills
