Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide friendly and efficient responses in accordance with our department's Service Level Agreement.
  • Perform systems administration and maintain accurate records.
  • Take minutes for meetings and produce documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Produce and distribute reports as requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive issues.
  • Assist the team with administrative duties.
