As a Teaching and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes, fostering positive and sustainable development throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver scheme of work and session plans as directed by the Quality Team.
  • Deliver Functional Skills qualifications as part of an apprenticeship.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records for each individual learner according to internal procedures.
  • Provide progression, retention, and achievement information for the course being taught.
  • Contribute to the self-assessment process which informs continuous improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A teaching qualification at Level 3/5 or equivalent.
  • Qualified Teacher Status.
  • At least five years' experience of working in an education environment with a demonstrable track record of successful outcomes.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 28 days holiday, free life insurance, and a healthcare plan once you've passed probation. You'll also have access to a private GP and be eligible for a pension scheme after three months.
