Are you passionate about data-driven decision making and want to contribute to the success of The LEGO Group?

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst who will play a pivotal role in developing a robust data analytics capability within our organisation. Working closely with the DCE Business Insights team, this role will be instrumental in building a data-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define data requirements for dashboards and self-serve reporting capabilities, and develop a suite of reports tailored to the unique needs of different user groups.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional data and analytics team to create well-structured data sources for downstream reporting and analysis.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on digital product performance, user journey analysis, and marketing effectiveness to inform business decisions.
  • Turn raw data into actionable insights and recommendations, and communicate findings to senior leadership.
  • Participate in a cross-functional data, analytics, and insights network to ensure alignment around core metrics and develop standard processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Formal training in software development, product management, agile, or digital analytics is an asset.
  • 3-4 years of experience in business insights, with a proven track record of driving business actions based on consumer behavior data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools and methodologies, including data visualization and communication with senior business partners.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Analytics and/or Snowplow, and experience with tracking variables across known and unknown device IDs.
  • Experience with Big Data platforms, such as Databricks, and comfort with SQL and PowerBI.
  • Proven project management skills, with experience delivering complex projects involving multiple teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders and developing business cases.
  • Native level fluency in English, written and spoken.
