We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Nottingham.

Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity working 35 hours per week, including some Saturdays. You will work in one of our branches or from home, helping customers with their finances and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role
  • Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with customers.
  • Helping customers with their financial queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A people person with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to build rapport with customers quickly and provide a fantastic experience.
  • A passion for putting yourself in customers' shoes and showing empathy, care, and integrity.
