Companion Care Assistant

We are seeking a Companion Care Assistant to join our team at Winchester Companion Care, a well-established veterinary clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and varied role, with responsibilities including:
- Booking appointments and managing client schedules
- Providing excellent client service and ensuring high standards of accuracy in all aspects of the role
- Managing finances and taking payments
- Filing and general administration tasks
- Interacting with clients and their pets
The weekly working hours will be Monday to Wednesday from 9 am to 7 pm, and every Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm.
About You- You must be friendly, professional, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
- You should be self-motivated, punctual, and organized, with a keen eye for detail.
- You need to provide excellent client service and demonstrate your commitment to delivering high standards of accuracy in all aspects of your role.
- Experience within the veterinary profession is highly desirable, or experience in a similar client-facing role.
- You must have excellent communication and written skills, including spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- You should be IT literate and able to use Microsoft packages quickly and accurately.
