Caregiver Companion

Career Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to fill the role of Caregiver Companion at Assisting Hands Home Care. As a Caregiver Companion, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with our clients, providing personalized support and care in their own homes.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as preparing meals and managing light housekeeping duties. You will also play a vital role in promoting the independence and dignity of our clients, while ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

In exchange for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive hourly rate of $32.00, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and education opportunities to help you advance your career in the caregiving field.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one support and care to clients, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other caregivers
* Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless care delivery and efficient use of resources
* Participate in ongoing training and education programs to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in home health aide or personal care attendant a plus
* 1+ year of experience in caregiving or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods if needed
