Project & Technical Services Manager

Senitor Associates is seeking a highly skilled Project & Technical Services Manager to join their internal IT department on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will work as part of a team to provide effective project planning for new and maintenance jobs. As a dedicated and enthusiastic Technical Services Team Manager, you will have experience and knowledge working in an ICT support environment, as well as management and supervision of technical staff.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be able to work effectively on their own, head up the team, and be part of the management team. This is an office-based role in Huddersfield.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the service delivery and technical services team to ensure efficient and high-quality processes and tasks.
  • Oversee the service to customers to ensure effective service delivery and service levels are met for timely response and quality resolution of problems and projects.
  • Maintain documentation and work with the Senior Management team on strategies, processes, and procedures.
  • Have hands-on input and lead projects/tasks.
  • Ensure accurate inventory tracking, licensing, and asset management.
  • Develop, generate, and analyze operational and service performance reports and share with the Technical Services Team.
