Project Planning Expert

We are seeking a skilled Project Planning Expert to support critical automation projects within the automotive industry.

As a Project Planning Expert, you will work closely with the program management team to develop detailed schedules, keep these schedules current, and seamlessly integrate them into the IMS.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing resource-loaded project schedules, creating and maintaining linkages, dependencies, and inter-dependencies with related projects, and identifying and tracking major milestones, gates, and decision points.

You will also be responsible for communicating and presenting critical paths, setting and maintaining the schedule baseline, and regularly tracking and communicating all changes to the baselined schedule.

In addition, you will perform schedule estimating through elicitation of team members and other stakeholders, capture estimations of new work, updated actuals, and remaining work, and present alternate solutions as schedule risks arise.

If you are a great communicator, coordinating internal and external parties, working with customers and suppliers, and have excellent communication skills, this role may be for you.

As a Project Planning Expert, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of the company.

We offer a competitive package with great benefits, including a pension scheme, private medical insurance, and life assurance, as well as flexible benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
