Leadership and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Leadership and Development Specialist to join our residential care team as a Senior Care Manager.

About the Role:
  • To lead and manage a team of residential care workers, providing support, development, and training to uphold high standards of care.
  • Develop, review, and update comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, in-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, and a commitment to creating a safe, supportive environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor safeguarding policies to create a secure, nurturing environment for all residents.
  • Manage the budget effectively to ensure the home remains financially sustainable and efficient.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
