Exciting Opportunity for a Shift Lead at Saputo Dairy UK

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Lead to join our team at our Nuneaton site. As a Shift Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cheese packaging lines, implementing process improvements, and coaching and developing a team of production staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase line uptime and efficiency
  • Ensure all quality sampling, testing, and documentation regimes are adhered to
  • Implement and document quality systems and HACCP requirements
  • Monitor time and attendance and review with individuals where lateness/absence levels are below standard
Requirements:
  • Production management experience
  • Hands-on approach to manufacturing with the ability to present findings in an orderly fashion
  • Experience and good understanding of OEE
  • Ability to coach and develop a team, including experience dealing with HR matters
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, including MIP and Lean Techniques
