About the RoleThis is a full-time position, offering a competitive hourly rate of £21.37. You will be responsible for assisting the Manager and Clinical Lead in creating a caring environment that promotes dignity, privacy, safety, and independence for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Meet the care needs of residents while promoting dignity, privacy, safety, and independence
- Act as a supportive and effective leader, attending all in-house and external training as required
- Perform all nursing duties to a high standard, including safely administering medication and keeping records
- Ensure effective rotas are in place and register with the relevant professional bodies
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible individual with good written and verbal communication skills. You should be caring and compassionate, willing to learn new skills, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
