Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead our busy, food-led pub in the Hathersage area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including food and beverage operations, staff management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage a team of staff, including training, development, and performance management
  • Oversee food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management
