Support Worker

Routes Healthcare (North) offers a supportive environment for our carers to deliver excellent care services to our clients. As a female home carer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, focusing on their physical and emotional well-being.
Job SummaryThis role involves assisting clients with daily living tasks, administering medication, and promoting independence. You will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure our clients receive comprehensive care.
Salary Information: The salary for this role is between £25,000 and £35,000 per annum, dependent on your level of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional care to clients, adhering to their individual care plans.
- Maintaining accurate records of client care, including progress notes and medication administration records.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a care setting, especially with vulnerable adults.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
