A leading public transportation company is seeking a Programme Manager to support the mobilisation of a high-profile operation.

As Project Coordinator, you will assist your team in managing multiple workstreams within the PMO, liaising with various team members, managing timelines, reporting, KPIs, etc., and working closely with the PMO Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on project execution performance against key milestones and KPIs.
  • Work with a variety of stakeholders and connect dependencies across work streams and teams.
  • Set up programme governance and run transparent monitoring and reporting of risk & benefit.
  • Communicate the change agenda clearly to key stakeholders across regions and be clear about accountability and project milestones.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience from a management consulting firm is a must.
  • Previous experience supporting multiple workstreams on large and complex programmes in a heavy industry.
  • Previous experience in rail, energy, construction, transport, infrastructure, capital projects, aviation, or equivalent, is a must.
  • Experience using PMO tools and methodologies.

  • This role offers a competitive day rate of £300 (PAYE) or up to £450 (LTD).
  • You will be based in central London for 5 days a week.
