We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at a well-established Main Dealer in the Ipswich area.
About the RoleAs a Parts Advisor, you will play a vital role in the success of our business, supplying both Trade and Retail Customers with parts. You will be required to serve on both the Front and Back counters, serving both Retail customers and the workshop.
Key Responsibilities- Provide an excellent level of customer service to both Trade and Retail customers
- Use Motor Trade Parts Systems to efficiently manage parts orders and inventory
- Work collaboratively with the workshop team to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Contribute to the achievement of departmental profit and customer satisfaction targets
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in a busy Parts Department
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to deal with both Trade Customers and the General Public
- Experience in using Motor Trade Parts Systems
We offer a competitive salary of up to £26,000, plus a bonus scheme based on departmental profit and customer satisfaction. You will also receive 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 28 days after 3 years' continuous service.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 08:00am to 17:30, plus Saturday mornings on a rota.
