Private Patient/Overseas Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Private Patient/Overseas Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating private patient and overseas services, including identifying, processing, and billing patients.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and process overseas patients, ensuring accurate billing and payment
- Support the Operational Manager and Operational Team Leader in delivering income targets to the Trust
- Provide training and education to staff on private patient and overseas services
- Ensure adherence to guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Resolve complex issues related to private patient and overseas services
- 5 GCSE passes, grades A-C, including English and Maths
- Finance, IT, or business administration qualification to level 4 (AAT Technician) or equivalent
- Intermediate Excel knowledge and experience, including pivot tables and MS Access databases
- Experience in data manipulation, statistical, interpretive, and analytical skills with complex datasets
- Experience of working in a finance environment and raising invoices using finance systems
