Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Estates Surveyor to join our team at Synchro. As a key member of our Estates team, you will play a crucial role in the management of our property portfolio, focusing on telecoms sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the negotiation, renewal, and management of leases and property agreements for telecoms sites.
  • Maintain accurate records of the property portfolio, ensuring all lease agreements and site details are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Ensure telecoms sites comply with planning, environmental, and health & safety regulations, and assist in resolving any related issues.
  • Support the management of property-related costs, including negotiating terms with landlords and ensuring timely payments.
  • Prepare reports on lease renewals, site performance, and other relevant metrics for senior management.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Estates team, contributing to the department's overall success.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in property management, surveying, or a related field.
  • A degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with property management software is advantageous.
  • A full, clean driving license is required, as site visits may be necessary.
