Job Title: Property Portfolio Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Property Portfolio Manager to join our Estates & Facilities team at Marston Holdings Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our extensive portfolio of over 200 properties nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the development of the Estates & Facilities Management strategy and action plan to deliver continuous improvement of estates and facilities across the organisation
- Supporting on the proactive management of the portfolio to ensure we meet legal requirements, environmental and H&S standards
- Supporting the finance team on all rental, service charge, rates and insurance costs for budget creation and control
- Working with business leaders to understand ways of working and requirements
- Supporting the business in any new lease acquisitions, ensuring that we onboard properties that are fit for purpose
- Ensuring that the correct maintenance regime is set out from the start to ensure we comply with lease covenants
- Building and maintaining trustworthy relationships with stakeholders and supply chain
- Providing strategic and technical input to Marston Holdings asset management, refurbishment and new acquisition initiatives
- Supporting the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of an EFM project
- Ensuring all written and electronic data entry, reports, records, letters, and other documentation are completed in an accurate, comprehensive, and timely manner and logged to the appropriate CRM system
Requirements:
- Strong numerical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Strong commercial knowledge and analytical skills
- Significant experience in a similar role managing properties across multiple sites
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
