As part of their team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the academic team, managing student records and databases, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient operations. You will also be involved in preparing reports and presentations for academic meetings, organizing and managing academic events and seminars, and updating and maintaining the department's online resources. In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including generous holiday leave and opportunities for professional development and growth.

The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree or equivalent, strong administrative skills, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A customer-focused approach, with experience in a client-facing role, is also essential. Additionally, you should have a proactive and organized approach to work and a keen interest in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry.
