Alternatives Institutional Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Alternatives Institutional Sales & Global Consultant Relations Manager to join our team at AXA Investment Managers. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with leading consulting firms and institutional clients in the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a proactive relationship strategy across the hierarchy of stakeholders with consultant firms and institutional clients, especially focused on alternatives.
- Profile our alternatives investment capabilities, research depth, and expertise across different asset classes, working closely with our investment teams and senior management.
- Contribute to capital raising for AXA IM, Alts in the UK.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends by establishing an active network of contacts.
- Support strategic initiatives in line with broader Alts Client Group business objectives, taking ownership of planning where appropriate.
- Reporting - activity (logged on Salesforce), ratings, monthly/quarterly reports in conjunction with the Alts Client Group reporting requirements.
We welcome candidates with a strong background in institutional sales and consultant relations, with experience in asset management or investment consulting firms. You should have a good knowledge of alternatives strategies and established relationships with consultants and institutional clients.
You will be a proactive and flexible team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You should have excellent interpersonal skills, strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, and a business development mindset.
