Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals in the Nuclear Medicine department, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, hostel managers, and outreach services to provide wraparound healthcare services for homeless individuals.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative and flexible healthcare services, working closely with the CNS and clinical project lead.
  • Ensure that all patients receive a high-quality, patient-centered service, adhering to Trust policies and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Registered Health Care Professional with a degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of the particular issues that characterize the provision of health services to vulnerable groups and homeless individuals.
  • Experience in a clinical supervisory position, with a strong understanding of infection prevention and control.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret information, pre-empt and evaluate issues, and recommend an appropriate course of action.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
