- Collaborate with clinical teams, hostel managers, and outreach services to provide wraparound healthcare services for homeless individuals.

- Ensure that all patients receive a high-quality, patient-centered service, adhering to Trust policies and guidelines.
- Registered Health Care Professional with a degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of the particular issues that characterize the provision of health services to vulnerable groups and homeless individuals.
- Experience in a clinical supervisory position, with a strong understanding of infection prevention and control.
- Ability to analyze and interpret information, pre-empt and evaluate issues, and recommend an appropriate course of action.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
