Electronics and Controls Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electronics and Controls Design Engineer to join our client's Innovation/R&D Department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the development of electronic sub-systems and products, including electronic systems design, creation of technical specifications, validation, testing, and final verification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electronic sub-systems and products, either directly or in conjunction with development partners.
  • Develop technical specifications, validate throughout the design process, test, and verify.
  • Collaborate with senior members of the team to provide design and development support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Experience with microprocessors and digital electronics, interfacing to sensors and systems, communication standards, fault finding, and use of test equipment.
  • Proficiency in Altium and AutoCAD - Autodesk Inventor.
  • Clear technical writing and good record keeping.
