About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Infrastructure HPC team as a Sub-Agent. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading construction company, Kier Group, and contribute to the delivery of high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Performance Excellence and Health & Safety: Ensure the implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures in accordance with Kier standards.
  • Cost Management: Take full ownership and accountability for cost management of your section of the project, ensuring robust control of Target Cost, actual costs, and forecasts.
  • Project Coordination: Promote integrated working with other members within the project to create a one-team ethos, including development of team members.
  • Client Interface: Lead and manage technical teams, establish project requirements, and drive the team to deliver outcomes in terms of safety, quality, cost, and programme.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Degree-level qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Communication and Project Management Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, including leading and managing technical teams.
  • Leadership and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
