This is a full-time role requiring a 37.5 hour working week, with a flexible shift pattern to support work-life balance.
About the RoleAs a Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the theatre department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care
- Contributing to the development and implementation of theatre policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Registration with the NMC or HCPC
- 12 months experience in a theatre setting (desirable but not essential)
- Orthopaedic experience, including joint replacements
