Care Home Manager Leader

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a brand new care home in Ipswich, working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff and resources to ensure residents enjoy a dignified and fulfilling life. This includes close liaison with residents, their families, professional contacts and multi-disciplinary teams.
As a Home Manager, you will work closely with your Clinical Lead and the wider healthcare and hospitality teams to ensure quality of individual service and care consistently meets high standards and those of external regulators. You will also create and lead a vision for the home to ensure a philosophy of continuous improvement, encouraging and supporting the home's journey to 'outstanding'.
A good working knowledge of CQC standards and experience of managing a nursing home are preferred, as well as excellent communication skills and ability to maintain excellent working relationships at all levels. The salary for this position is approximately £55,000 per annum, making it a highly competitive offer in the private care sector.
