Care Home Leader Opportunity

Smartcall Healthcare is seeking a skilled Clinical Home Manager to lead our care home team. As a Clinical Home Manager, you will be responsible for managing all direct reports and ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implementing policies and procedures.
  2. Building relationships and communication with residents, relatives, and external stakeholders.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Nurse qualified, with live NMC Pin.
  2. A minimum of 2 years proven management experience in a 50+ bed nursing home for the Elderly.
  3. NVQ Level 4/5 in Leadership & Management.
  4. Knowledge of CQC and local authority requirements.
  5. Strong commercial awareness with P&L accountability.
  6. Satisfactory DBS Check and employment references.
