Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Technical to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing technical operations across multiple business units. You will work closely with senior commercial and operational teams to ensure products meet the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met.
  • Provide expert leadership on technical, quality, and food safety matters.
  • Mentor and develop technical teams, promoting a culture of excellence and quality.
  • Support business growth through robust customer relationships and collaboration with commercial teams.

Requirements:

  1. A relevant degree or equivalent in a technical field, with significant experience in food technical roles.
  2. Strong understanding of BRCGS v9 standards and food safety systems, ideally HACCP (Level 4) qualified.
  3. Experience managing technical operations across multiple sites and collaborating with senior management teams.
  4. Passionate about quality, sustainability, and driving operational excellence.
