Culinary Department Supervisor

We are looking for a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Levy UK & Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management and be able to lead a team to deliver exceptional food and service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective kitchen management systems, ensuring smooth operation and exceptional standards are met.
- Lead the culinary team on each event, ensuring excellent communication and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels and waste management.
- A minimum level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and knowledge of H&S compliance, COSHH, Allergen awareness and Food Safety policies.
- Sound understanding of all menus and ability to deliver a wide range of events and operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
