Bodyshop Manager

We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager to lead our team at Clear Automotive, a specialist Automotive recruitment agency. The successful candidate will have a background in the Accident Repair and Bodyshop industry and be looking to join a business to support with changes and progression.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop the on-site team of experts, including Paint Sprayers, Panel Beaters, MET Technicians, Estimator, and administrative staff.
- Manage the entire site, including Health and Safety, Performance Management, Financials, and Customer Service, and set targets.
- Recruit and deliver against key performance indicators with the help of senior management.
- Ensure Key to Key and CSI targets are met or exceeded.
- Provide strong leadership to direct reports and all site employees, driving performance and achieving or exceeding all financial and operational targets.
- Technical knowledge and experience of the Accident Repair and Bodyshop industry.
- Previous experience within a management position with the ability to lead and coach the team.
- Ability to organise office administration, control systems, and financial resources.
- Relevant and up-to-date knowledge of vehicle design and manufacture, consumer and vehicle legislation, industry, and best practice.
- Knowledge and understanding of the provisions of E.P.A. and C.O.S.H.H.
- Knowledge and understanding of BSI Standards and accreditation.
