Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support to service users, focusing on their strengths, assets, independence, recovery, and social inclusion.
Work closely with the Service Manager to develop and implement effective strategies to de-escalate and prevent crisis situations.
Collaborate with clinical NHS staff, consultant psychiatrists, and partner agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and maintain relationships with local services to provide comprehensive support to service users.
