We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Operations Manager to join our team at OCS Group. As a Shift Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our airport ground handling services, ensuring that all flights are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our customer service team, ensuring that all staff are working together to achieve our operational goals.
- Manage the allocation of customer care agents to various services, ensuring that all flights are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with the ramp team to ensure that all PRM passengers are processed in a timely and safe manner.
- Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the airport ground handling industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies.
