Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our team at the Edinburgh Cash Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operational performance of the cash centre
  • Plan and control the operation to ensure delivery of outstanding service and operational excellence
  • Champion our "Customer First" approach through product knowledge and understanding of Loomis solutions
  • Work flexibly and be available for out of hours alarm response on a varying roster basis

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Shift Manager or similar level
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Confident communicator with high level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer and commercial focus with ability to continuously review performance
