Regulatory Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Specialist to join our team at Integral UK. As a Regulatory Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our facilities and operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of our facilities, equipment, and operations.
- SUPPORT site teams in closing out compliance gaps and findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business support functions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes, best practices, and industry trends.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs.
- Prepare reports on compliance activities and incidents.

Key Requirements:
To succeed as a Regulatory Specialist, you will need:
- A sound technical knowledge of the Building Safety Act, Building Regulations, British Standards, and Industry Best Practice (SFG20, CBM, etc).
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Membership of a professional body (e.g., CQI, IIRSM, IOSH, IET, etc).
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Lead Auditor Certified.
- ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems Internal Auditor Certified.
- NEBOSH diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management.
