We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Specialist to join our team at Integral UK. As a Regulatory Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our facilities and operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of our facilities, equipment, and operations.
  • SUPPORT site teams in closing out compliance gaps and findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business support functions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs.
  • Prepare reports on compliance activities and incidents.

Key Requirements:

To succeed as a Regulatory Specialist, you will need:

  • A sound technical knowledge of the Building Safety Act, Building Regulations, British Standards, and Industry Best Practice (SFG20, CBM, etc).
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Membership of a professional body (e.g., CQI, IIRSM, IOSH, IET, etc).
  • ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Lead Auditor Certified.
  • ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems Internal Auditor Certified.
  • NEBOSH diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Management.
