Job Description

As an HLTA at Teach Now, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational journey of our students. Your primary responsibilities will include leading small group sessions, assisting classroom activities, and providing occasional lesson coverage.

You will work closely with teachers in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, building strong relationships and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our students.

  • Key skills required include experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and adapting to their unique needs.
  • Collaboration with teachers and SEN coordinators to develop and implement individual learning plans is also essential.
