Job Title: Locksmith and Maintenance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Locksmith and Maintenance Specialist to join our Empty Homes and Lettings Team in South London. As a Locksmith and Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks including internal and external door fitting, splice repairs, general locksmith, bathroom sub floors, bath panels and framework, kitchen repairs/refits, and other general maintenance repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out internal and external door fitting, splice repairs, and general locksmith tasks
  • Repair and maintain bathroom sub floors, bath panels, and framework
  • Perform kitchen repairs and refits
  • Carry out other general maintenance repairs
  • Work effectively with colleagues and residents to deliver a high-quality service

Requirements:

  • Valid driving license
  • Sound working trade knowledge and experience
  • Experience gained within a Maintenance, site, and/or Housing environment
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Right first-time approach
  • Health and Safety knowledge
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Wide range of Multi-trade skills
  • Ability to use a PDA
