RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT ROLE:
Partner with hiring teams to manage interview scheduling processes for internal and external candidates via Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams, etc. Manage interviews with senior stakeholders, video or in-person meetings, and multiple interview stages. Keep candidates, hiring managers, and senior management updated during the recruitment journey with professional and timely communication. Create a positive candidate experience through timely and professional engagement. Maintain accurate, real-time records using existing processes and systems. Provide general administration support to the hiring team depending on interview volumes, which may involve advertising roles, candidate administration, and reporting.

RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
Minimum 12 months in a recruitment role. Experience in using Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams or similar to manage interview administration, and general IT skills to track and report on recruitment processes. Strong organisational and communication skills are required to manage a busy workload and deal with multiple internal and external contacts.
