We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Dietitian to join our well-established Leicestershire Home Enteral Nutrition Service (HENS) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of adult patients receiving enteral nutrition in the community, including at home, daycare, and care homes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of adult patients receiving enteral nutrition in the community
- Provide expert nutrition advice and support to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Registered Dietitian with a strong background in adult nutrition and home enteral nutrition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidelines related to enteral nutrition
