We are seeking dedicated care workers to join our friendly team.
Salary and Benefits
As a Care Worker, you can expect an hourly pay of £12.00, with enhanced rates for weekends and Bank Holidays. Additional benefits include travel allowance, free uniform, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to gain a Diploma Qualification in Health and Social Care. You will also have access to a company car and paid annual leave.
Job Responsibilities
Your role as a Domiciliary Home Care Worker will involve carrying out specific, personal care tasks and light housework to ensure high-quality health and well-being for our customers. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing individual care plans, communicating effectively with family and advocates, and actively engaging with customers. You will work flexibly to meet customers' support needs, adhere to policies and procedures, and commit to ongoing skill development.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be flexible to work various hours including weekends, and reside within a commutable distance. While experience in a similar role is beneficial, it is not essential. We welcome applications from individuals who are person-centred and committed to delivering exceptional care.
