About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Early Years Educator and Room Leader to join our team at Tiny Tots Nursery School, part of Storal, a group of nurseries across England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs under the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to encourage a love of learning in children.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, providing a rich and stimulating environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the team to create a positive and inspiring working environment.
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire the educator team, completing regular appraisals to support their growth and development.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of teaching and learning.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years education.A minimum of 6 months' experience as an Early Years Educator or working with children under the age of 5.Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.Alignment with Storal's values of responsibility, openness, and teamwork.
