About the job:
Encourage a love of learning through high quality teaching under the EYFS frameworkEnsure all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiencesBuild relationships with the team to create an inspiring working environmentLeads, motivates and inspires the educator team and completing appraisalsIdentify areas of change and implement learning and teaching objectivesAbout you:
Level 3 or above qualification within early yearsMinimum of 6 months experience as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner) or with children under the age of 5Knowledge and understanding of the EYFSReflecting the Storal values around responsibility, openness and working togetherWhat we can offer you:
