Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a highly skilled Fetal Medicine Expert to join our team in North Wales. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing expert care to women and families affected by complex pregnancies. This is a full-time substantive post based at Glan Clwyd Hospital, offering a competitive salary of £110,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures for fetal medicine services
  • Leading a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
  • Collaborating with other specialists and stakeholders to ensure seamless patient pathways

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fetal medicine, with a strong focus on complex pregnancy management. A CCT or equivalent qualification is essential, as is membership of the RCOG. The ability to communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals is also crucial.
