About the Role

We are seeking a talented Care and Recreation Specialist to join our team at Tabley House Nursing Home.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, planning, implementing and overseeing activities, outings and events for residents.

As a Care and Recreation Specialist, you will provide fun and constructive leisure time with physical and emotional support, while ensuring provision of staff, space and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and plan activities, outings and events for residents, taking into account their individual needs and preferences.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:
