No prior experience is required, as we'll provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the necessary skills. To be successful in this role, you'll need a full UK driving licence, your own car, and a keen desire to make a positive impact on our clients' lives.

This role offers a competitive salary of £13,360 to £15,200 per annum, including paid travel time. You'll also receive 45p per mile mileage allowance, double time on bank holidays, and pay enhancements for qualifications and long-term commitment.

In addition to your salary, you'll enjoy flexible or guaranteed hours that suit your lifestyle, instant access to your pay, and the opportunity to earn up to £500 for referring a friend. You'll be employed directly by Carefound Home Care, providing you with paid holidays and our pension scheme.

As a Professional Care Assistant, you'll build strong relationships with our clients, supporting them to live independently in their own homes. Your role may involve providing companionship, personal care, helping with mobility and staying active, assisting with medication or specialist needs, and running errands such as shopping or picking up prescriptions.
