Nursing Home Care Manager

At Cedar Care Homes Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Nurse to join our team. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting the care team and senior management in promoting a strong and nurturing family environment, where care is based on building respectful relationships amongst residents and staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring systems to ensure compliance with NMC and CQC registration requirements, including the submission of notifications and other conditions of registration. You will also be responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with key organizations, such as CQC, local authority, CCG's and safeguarding teams, through open communication and mutual trust.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in elderly care, dementia care, and taking charge of a shift. You will have the opportunity to work in a responsive way, ensuring residents have maximum choice and control over their lives and health and social needs. You will also be responsible for delivering high-quality care and services, maintaining a nurturing, open, fair, and transparent culture.
